Tuesday: Ran 5 miles and did 30 minutes of flexibility yoga.
Wednesday: Insanity in the AM and Hip Hop class in the evening.
Thursday: Skipped Insanity (I was really sore from the day before) but ran 5 miles of trails.
Friday: I've decided to take the day off and rest. I'll probably do some stretching and abs when I get home from work but that's it.
Tomorrow I'm planning a 11-14 mile run and then another session of yoga.
So I've deviated from my original plan a bit, but I think it's important to listen to my body. This way I will get a GOOD workout in rather than a so-so workout.
